„Schlafen Sie lieber im Auto, der Aufenthalt ist katastrophal! Ich war schon in vielen Hotel auf der ganzen Welt, habe ab

Fotos passen nicht mit der Realität zusammen. Fotos sind von dem Apartment, nicht von den normalen Hotelzimmern. Alles ist Schmutzig, Vieles ist defekt(Schubladen Spießen und sind schief, Gebläse ist laut, Klimaanlage tropft auf Couch, Bett ist schmutzig, Boden ist schmutzig, der Gang ist schmutziger als ein Viehstall…) wenn’s geht, würde ich minus 10 Sterne geben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht mehr gekostet, da es in der Küche nicht viel sauberer sein wird. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab uns nach meiner Beschwerde ein Upgrade auf ein Apartment, diese sind etwas besser, aber trotzdem eine Katastrophe. Beim Stiegenaufgang im Hotel war ein Loch in der Mauer. Durch diese konnte man in einen Raum reinsehen :D. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab mit den Eindruck, dass sich viele Hotelkunden über die Zimmer beschweren.

„Schreckliches erlebnis und keinerlei Ferienstimmung!
Aussicht auf den kleinen direkten Hafen
Extrem geringhörig, keiner konte englisch, ausser 2 an der reception. Weder im Restaurant, noch an der Porte, Zimmerservice oder beim Frühstück konnte man englisch (wir mussten mit übersetzung per Handy übersetzen auf spanisch). Kühlschrank im zimmer mussten wir in der nacht abschalten da es zu laut war (und wir wohnen in unserem Land neben Gühterzug lienien und sind uns lährm gewohnt). Im Pool war grünliches Wasser und viel defect. Unser Balkon was wie eine Baustelle, nur 1 Stuhl auf der Terrasse und das Holzgeländer war Morsch. Am Frühstückstisch hat es dreckiges Geschierr gegeben. Die dusche war das schlimmste, wenn es nit eiskalt war, kam brennent heisses wasser raus. Kein Licht auf dem Parkplatz, so das man in der nach super gut auf die Fresse fällt! Für ein 4-Stern Hotel erwarte ich mehr, viel mehr! Mit abstand das schlechteste Hotel das wir in ganz Costa Rica hatten, und wir waren in sieben verschiedenen Hotels! Hände weg liebe Reisende!

Muy buen desayuno y en general el personal es amable Hubo una bonita actividad nocturna con baile y karaoke ‼️
Tuvimos un problema con la llave de la habitación y después de 10:00 pm no había nadie en la recepción... Tuvimos que ir a buscar a ver quien nos podía ayudar y no había claridad quién podía resolver a esa hora. Un hotel debe tener siempre 24/7, aunque sea una persona en recepción por cualquier eventualidad.
